sup ketam


So, readers, byk jemputan ke aidilfitri open house tak??

Since Syawal 1432H dah sampai hujung, no more talk on kuih raya la kan? (mcm la blog sy selama ni cite pasal kuih raya hahha)

..tp kita cite pasal sup ketam!!

Trust me, i’ve never had sup ketam before. My mommy kalo terasa nk beli ketam, dia masak lemak kuning. Yummy, marvellous beb, alhamdulillah.

But recently i was introduced to this one new recipe by someone (new to me huhuhu), sup ketam, and it was quite OK for lunch or dinner. So i decided to give it a try on my own.. and i didn’t follow the original recipe – i did it ‘ikot suka den’ hehhe.

Asalnya, no need to tumis everything, means that u just simply boil all of them together. But i started with..    

-Tumis bawang putih, halia, cili padi (chillies for those who love hot n spicy!)
-Masuk air, ketam, serai, garam
 -Masak sampai mendidih loh...
 -Tabur daun bawang or daun sup (add-on)

Mcm ni la rupanya.. Simple (gile simple) but nice! ;)


People say sup ketam elok utk org yg demam denggi sbb khasiat ketam ni boleh tingkatkan platelet darah, something like that, i don’t know much. Allah jarang bg sy penyakit demam ni, cuma setakat badan seram sejuk tu je, mandi air panas or at least pakai sweater then i’m ok la Alhamdulillah, but who knows kan.. later Allah nk bg sy jatuh sakit sbb demam panas ke hukhukhuk. Last time terok demam was last year, 1 week lemah longlai (masa exam week plak tuh!). Tp mmg byk artikel kat tenet cite pasal ni n it’s suggested by doctors too. Insya Allah, Allah yg sembuhkan penyakit yg Allah sendri bg kan.. ;)
