ditakdirkan, my job requires me to talk a lot. ckp sana, ckp sini. so, bila sakit tekak sampai suara serak n tenggelam n timbul, until people cant understand wut im saying, well that's totally bad.
so.. pe lg. MC laa.. i was forced to see ENT Specialist. so i went to this one clinic.. n for the 1st time i was told that my sexy voice (astaghfirullah.. sexy tu, bahaya bahaya.. huhu) became even sexier (ekk..?) because of my diet n lifestyle.

weird. how could that be?
as far as i can remember, im not kaki kara-OK. huhu. i dont shout to people either.
so, the doc checked here n there.. teropong sana sini.. until i vomited a bit.. she said, my tonsil is good, my lung is good, alhamdulillah.. but my throat is reddish.. n so she explained..
it's called 'acid reflux'.. the acid gas goes up from stomach n reaches the throat nmakes it red n affects the voice box. that's how it works. i mean, that's the simple n logical explanation for people who dont get good grades for subjects about human body, like me, hehhe.
..n acid reflux is there because of gastric. :|
ya. sy mmg senang banget dpt gastrik. once rasa gastrik tu dah sampai, i need to look for either air soya or susu, utk legakan sakit tu, sementara utk dptkan mknan lain. that's me, a girl who gets hungry easily. hahha.. high metabolism body.
so.. i am advised to watch what i eat. as well as when i eat.

*please avoid fatty foods (mane de.. jarang la.. sy siap makan quaker oat almost evryday tau!)
*please avoid spicy foods (oh. sedihnya. buybuy tomyam.. buybuy cili padi.. nnti kita jmpa lg key!)
*reduce acidic foods, like citrus n tomato-based (pon sedih.. buybuy megi tomyam.. buybuy pulpy orange juice..)
*limit caffein (sori, cannot... need to drink neslo/nescafe before studying/working, kang ade yg tetido huhu)
*limit fizzy beverages (jarang sgt minum coke or pepsi or wuteva)
*limit chocolate (adoyai. my faveret dowh!)
*eat dinner 3 or 4 hours before lie down (ehhem... mkn kol 10mlm, 3o minit kemudian, dah lena hahha)
ya tuan2 n puan2, itulah secara ringkas yg dinasihati oleh pakar ENT tersebut...............
lets see if i can follow the rules!
..dear myself, jagalah kesihatan diri, allah dah bg badan tu, jaga betol2, jgn rosakkan, kang terjejas ibadat baru padan muka.
